∎ Land Share Sales & Marketing·
∎ Lead the Sales & Marketing Team·
∎ Sales & Lead Generation - Identify prospects, pitch properties, and close deals.·
∎ Client Management -Build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Market Research- Analyze trends, competitors, and demand.
∎ Negotiation - Handle pricing, contracts, and legal formalities.
∎ Partnerships- Collaborate with brokers and corporate clients.
∎ Marketing Support - Assist in promotions and brand visibility.
∎ Reporting - Track sales and market insights.
