Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Builders, flat sales, Plot Sales, Preferably Real Estate and Construction Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans. Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives for both products & services.
∎ Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
∎ To set the sales target & monitor the sales target achievement.
∎ Responsible for sales team building, sales target achievement through the team's monitoring.
∎ Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
∎ Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
∎ Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Ensure collection of sales proceeds.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing Department.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Team Player/Leader of a Marketing Team.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Must be capable to apply credit control policy.
∎ Review and analyzes sales performances against programs and plans to determine effectiveness.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to clearly communicate strategy and vision to team members.
∎ Ability to deliver results working within collective bargaining agreement.
∎ Demonstrated personal leadership and strong conflict resolution skills.
∎ Flexible and able to work in fast paced and varying environments.
∎ Leading by example, demonstrating ethics and integrity and displaying drive and purpose
