∎ BBA/ MBA - Major in Marketing from any reputed Public University

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies

Job Context:
∎ Swadesh BD International Limited (A Sister Concern of Swadesh BD USA Inc.) a food & beverage manufacturing company in Bangladesh having proven records of business experience in the USA for two decades looking for Manager, Sales & Marketing for Dhaka. The person will be responsible for the Sales & Marketing of the Company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market segregation, new product launch
∎ To setup distribution network and sales force
∎ Supervise field forces through field visits, observation and measurement of results and monitor daily activities of field force
∎ Conduct regular market visit to check route coverage, competitor activity and search for new opportunities.
∎ To check route plan, monthly sales report of SR, TSO, ASM & stock of distributor and submit to the head office
∎ Business establishing targeted market share.
∎ Prepare Annual sales forecast by measuring the market demand
∎ Completes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
∎ Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
∎ Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected
∎ Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand
∎ Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Ensure maintenance of customer relationship and established long-term strategic cooperation between customers and sales team.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing & client and adopting policy .
∎ Develop proper sales planning in order to increase sales and collection of the Circulation department.
∎ Regular monitor the sales, distribution, collection and delivery to customers regularly
∎ Carry out day-to-day operation independently as per plan.
∎ Direct visit to different corporate companies & others for developing business and creating new customers.
∎ Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
∎ Ensure to explore new markets and increase product sales monthly basis.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 39 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience in a reputed company, preferably in the food/beverage industry.
∎ Excellent motivational and leadership skills
∎ Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed
∎ Should have excellent knowledge in BRAND building, marketing & sales concepts.
∎ Must be a good strategic planner and implementer
∎ The incumbent must be a very good analyzer about the competitive information of the similar products and well conversant in Territory and Distribution Management
∎ Excellent client relationship and creative services.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage the team & customers and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Ability to handle complaints & quarries.
∎ Capable of leading marketing team.

Salary: Negotiable
