∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in adhesives, sealants, or hardware.
∎ Adequate product knowledge of sealants, adhesives, and hardware.
∎ Proficientt communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet targets.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Identify and approach new customers; maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
∎ Promote products through client meetings, marketing campaigns, and exhibitions.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
∎ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports.
∎ We are an established company in the field of chemicals and polymers and have recently ventured in the lines of silicone sealants, hotmelt adhesives, thinners, and related hardware products. We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth and expand our market reach.
