Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for identifying and sharing opportunities and actionable insights based on market competitiveness and trends. Generate analysis and insights as necessary including but not limited to Monthly & Quarterly performance reports, cost tracking, and budget tracking. Share mid & long-term insights necessary to formulate or change method/strategy. Provide holistic picture to improve company performance. Share key opportunities towards revenue growth in mid & long-term.
∎ Reviewing the company's existing systems (WMS, SFA, MIS) and creating standard systems if needed Which is cost effective and multi dimensional. Creating attractive incentive schemes for the field force which will help the company to grow its business. Moreover, providing daily sales reports, performance analysis reports and any type of managerial reports, which management can take any type of business related decisions in the future.
∎ Identify any campaign/initiative insights on revenue gaps & opportunities, Develop Tableau based dashboard to monitor granular level KPI's of field force, Monitor DB House & Region Level Performance Management, Analyze & share regular revenue trends & insights in comparison with previous trends, Revenue & Cost forecasting on a monthly and weekly basis, Provide insight-based actions on new business.
∎ Working closely with IT team for necessary anchor synchronization and also Managing DMS and WMS in coordination with IT team & bringing necessary development.
∎ Energize, and excite end motive people to ensure ownership and departmental delivery. Coach the functional team member(s) to ensure that effective leadership practices are championed across the functional unit. Create and lead a performance-based culture.
∎ Assisting the sales team in achieving the region's sales targets by providing various analysis reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Analyze and give findings and actionable insights, highly competent in data analysis and representation, communication skills, and networking ability.
∎ Must have experience in Sales and Distribution as well as Channel Operation of Telco/FMCG/Tobacco Companies.
