Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee field-level performance by tracking KPIs, sales productivity and disbursement achievements across the SME network.
∎ Act as a central coordination point between head office, branches and field teams to ensure alignment in sales execution and business goals.
∎ Conduct regular assessments of field staff performance and facilitate productivity reviews to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
∎ Monitor and manage sales commission data to ensure accurate and timely calculation and disbursement in alignment with policy.
∎ Collaborate with HR and Training to organize skill development and refresher programs tailored to the SME sales force.
∎ Coordinate with Internal Control and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to approved sales processes and governance standards.
∎ Provide guidance and operational support to SME relationship managers to help meet portfolio and revenue targets.
