∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ 6-10 years of professional experience in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Airlines/ Hotel/ Travel Agent/ Corporate Sales/ Banks.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in Managing a team not less than 3 direct team members with a capacity not less than Assistant Manager.
∎ Must be fluent in Bangla and English.
∎ 6-10 years of professional experience in Tourism/ Hospitality/ Airlines/ Hotel/ Travel Agent/ Corporate Sales/ Banks.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build and sustain mutually beneficial relationships with clients in the multiple assigned sectors.
∎ Develops and maintains a current knowledge of the political and economic context of the local market place, as it pertains to the assigned sectors, taking into consideration the general enabling environment (e.g. economic and political aspects), general regulatory environment (e.g., tax laws, tariff structures, structures of the market), specific requirements (e.g. general labeling or other requirements for goods), local buying and import patterns and trends, and evaluations of current and future economic conditions.
∎ Analyzes the business operations, appropriateness and reliability of local contacts vis-à-vis clients.
∎ Identify & lead VAS implantation through coordination with VFS & missions.
∎ Lead contracts & agreements with partners/missions/VACs
∎ Help recruit VAS officers.
∎ Manages budgets for assigned projects, and the monitoring and reporting on achievement against plan.
∎ Proactively establishes and expands networks of local contacts required to identify and promote opportunities for VAS services.
