Job Context:
∎ Must be experience in 160 line knit garments sample section.
∎ Candidate get preferable who lives near factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Sample Section.
∎ Supervise and direct activities of the sample department to meet daily sample production target.
∎ Review the weekly sample production schedule and work out a plan to determine staffing and other resources requirements to meet the deadlines.
∎ Monitor, control, and utilization of men, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Inspect samples and methods throughout processing stages to maintain specified standards.
∎ Train supervisors and workers in the operation of machinery and equipment.
∎ Conform to all samples are being produced as per the buyers' given specification.
∎ Report on sample productivity, materials status to all concerns.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Establish effective communication with other departments to ensure that the deadlines are met.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ To organize the sample section and ensure that all employees in the sample section are efficient in their work.
∎ To ensure timely attendance of all the employees in the sample section.
∎ To prepare sample after approval from the buyer and send it to the concern sections of garments division.
∎ To ensure that any change made in the previously approved sample is communicated to the concern person timely.
∎ To ensure that quality samples are prepared and same samples are given to the garments division so as to maintain the required standard.
∎ To ensure that the sample section always remains neat and clean.
∎ Others task will be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in knit garments industries & Knowledge about sample preparation of Tom Tailor, Mother Care, H&M, Mango,Promod, MGB, Li & Fung, NEXT, Trennova, Other renowned buyers.
∎ Candidate will be proffered who are willingly to stay in Narayanganj.
∎ Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Excellent team playing aptitude with pleasant personality.
∎ Have mentality to work in stress & long hours.
∎ Good computer knowledge must be require.
Salary: Negotiable
