Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage end-to-end lithium battery production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage.
∎ Develop and execute strategic production plans aligned with business objectives and market demand.
∎ Monitor and analyze KPIs to improve productivity, output per man-hour, and line efficiency.
∎ Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
∎ Ensure compliance with ISO, environmental, and safety standards in all production processes.
∎ Collaborate with R&D, QA, Maintenance, and SCM teams to optimize process performance and product quality.
∎ Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development.
∎ Drive cost control initiatives by reducing process loss, wastage, and energy consumption.
