∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and monitor the overall quality of the wash factory operations.
∎ Ensure adherence to quality standards in both wet and dry sections.
∎ Conduct daily briefings with quality staff to review and communicate quality expectations.
∎ Collect and review quality reports from night and day shifts.
∎ Identify root causes of quality issues and develop action plans for resolution.
∎ Collaborate with production managers, general managers, and directors to address and rectify quality problems.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of all processes in the wet and dry sections.
∎ Provide clear instructions and guidance to the quality team, especially for new styles or buyers.
∎ Develop and maintain a quality plan for both shifts to achieve set targets.
∎ Prepare and send hourly and daily quality reports to the general manager and director.
∎ Communicate effectively with buyers, factory production teams, and quality personnel in other factories.
∎ Attend production meetings to gather information on upcoming orders and set quality targets.
∎ Supervise and follow up with the quality control team.
∎ Organize regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the quality team.
∎ Prepare the team to meet and exceed buyer expectations.
∎ Support the factory in providing comprehensive quality control services from sampling to final inspection.
∎ Implement and sustain the Quality Management System in the washing plant.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping and documentation practices are followed.
