Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all software-related IT operations with organizational and regulatory standards.
∎ Review and verify pricing and vendor quotations for IT equipment and certification tools to ensure fairness and cost-efficiency before procurement.
∎ Perform thorough assessments of new software acquisitions to ensure risk mitigation, business relevance, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Examine, evaluate, and approve software-related IT infrastructure to support operational efficiency.
∎ Maintain organized and up-to-date records of verifications, reports, and software evaluations for audit and reference purposes.
∎ Supervise and guide team performance to ensure efficient execution and alignment with company goals.
∎ Compile and review various IT related investigation report and departmental reports for submission to senior management.
