∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Context:
∎ Examine and evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the Factory compliance recommend corrective actions for smooth operations and healthy working environment of the Factory premises.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all kinds of benefits to entitled employees as per labor law and company policy.
∎ Drive audit projects of the factory as per policy of the company, Labor Law, Environmental Law and accord & alliances standard.
∎ Trouble shoots of Non Compliance (NC) Issue through internal/external audits
∎ Prepare Time & Action frame to mitigate NC Issue
∎ Run training programs, employee engagement programs, employee awareness programs methods and channels to get the workers/employees involved towards business objectives as per statutory requirement and yearly calendar.
∎ Monitor & manage employee/ office premises security & safety (CT-PAT) as per compliance policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in any reputed company wherein 3 years in similar position in a reputed RMG production Unit.
∎ Have to have critical Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and its compliance in the organization.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Must be a team player with leadership skills.
