Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ BBA/BBS, MBS/MBA
∎ CA (1400-1600 Marks completed) - 8-12 years experience
∎ Will be given preference to ACA qualified
∎ Skills Required: Finance and Banking, international accounting standards

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, analyze, and verify financial statements and other records using accepted accounting and procedures.
∎ Review accounting procedures and recommend changes in operations and financial activities that will improve productivity and effectiveness of the assigned business units.
∎ Support operational functions in resolving accounting and other internal control system problems.
∎ Review account reconciliation.
∎ Prepare the product costing and process costing statement
∎ Analyze standard costs. Assists in variance analysis between budgeted cost and actual cost as needed.
∎ Coordinate and develop the business unit budget and forecasts and supervise the variance analysis process.
∎ Conduct an annual physical inventory.
∎ Manage accounting accuracy and completeness.
∎ Analyze data to detect deficient control, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
∎ Assists with the implementation of projects, including but not limited to the assessment and documentation of internal controls and the integration of all accounting and reporting functions.
∎ Assist the ERP implementation team
∎ Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience at the manufacturing environment
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
∎ Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Proven knowledge of costing, budgeting, forecasting, process costing, bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Business acumen.
∎ Ability to direct and supervise
∎ Ability to work with cross-functional team members
