∎ Strong Excel Skills with MS Package.
∎ Experienced JAVP/AVP with a solid credit background with any commercial bank/Financial Institution will be given preference.
∎ Strong knowledge of centralizing banking compliances, an alternate financing instrument
∎ In the case of well-deserving candidates, age & educational experience may be relaxed.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare loan documentation and project Profile.
∎ Prepare Monthly Payment Obligations.
∎ Prepare & Update the Group Liability Position Of all concerns.
∎ Working capital Management.
∎ Checking & improving the Company's Financial statement based on Internal Credit Risk Rating System (ICRRS).
∎ Perform financial forecast, reporting, and operational KPI tracking.
∎ Maintaining a Strong relationship with Bank & NBFI.
∎ Prepare all kinds Of financial statements & reports that are related with day to day business operations and analyze trends on a monthly basis.
∎ L/C Management, Cash Management.
∎ Business Plan & Financial Model Development.
∎ Debt portfolio management of mixed instruments, payable bills management, treasury management, etc.
∎ Financial Govt. regulatory affairs (GRA), Tax, VAT, RJSC, etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge of monthly, half-yearly, yearly & consolidated financial statements
