Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc/Masters/Honors in any discipline.
∎ B.Sc in Food Engineering/Chemistry/Nutrition & Food Technology (Preferably)
∎ University of Dhaka, Rajshahi University, University of Chittagong, Khulna University students will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage operations budget to ensure minimal production cost and optimal product quality.
∎ Utilize cost-benefit analytical techniques in improving operational efficiency.
∎ To control the wastage % of the factory to a minimum level.
∎ Develop & implementation of production schedule that meets need of marketing team and ensures safety stock of raw materials, Packaging Materials & finished goods to meet the market demand & make sure proper & timely distribution process.
∎ Prepare & implement monthly & yearly production plan and budget to communicate with Sales & Marketing Division to monitor and supervise sales order, purchase and stock of raw materials in a timely manner.
∎ Work closely with QC Team, provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the Factory, and Screening, recruiting, and training new factory workers.
∎ To Control and look after overall production of Bakery Unit, Drinks and Beverages Unit, Rice unit, Oil unit, confectionery unit, spice unit, Snacks Unit, pickle and chutney unit and others Units of factories including administrative work.
∎ Make sure to packing, labeling & coding are being done as per specification.
∎ Develop new product concept as per market demand & ensure CIP is done properly prior to the product
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates shall have progressive work experience in Aseptic production in the food & beverage industry.
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills
∎ Experience in compliance requirements for a food processing facility including ISO, GMP, GLP, GHP, FSSC, HACCP, BSTI etc.
∎ Energetic, strong work ethic, self-motivated to learn new things and implement new ideas.
∎ Strong collaboration, self-motivated, result driven, team work skills and able to work independently.
∎ Readiness to work under pressure in shift.
∎ Sound know- Sales Management tools and techniques.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Channel Management.
∎ Should be capable to lead production team with leadership quality.
