∎ Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure goals are met.
∎ Assist team members in closing deals and negotiating contracts.
∎ Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
∎ Resolve client issues and provide guidance to the team on handling objections.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents.
∎ Provide training and coaching to improve team performance.
