∎ JOB PURPOSE: Under the guidance of Senior Manager, Strategy and Implementation, this role will assist the HO operations team in implementation of new products, change initiatives, synchronize staff development efforts. She/he will coordinate with MF support functions to track the progression of the initiatives and guide the field team for implementation.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in identifying potential client segments and exploring the scope of portfolio increase
∎ Coordinate with MF support functions, and support them to implement new product and process-related changes.
∎ Maintain a liaison between operation and other support functions.
∎ Assist in strategy formulation, and maintain a track of the initiatives till implementation.
∎ Analyze branch portfolio, categorize the branches based on various risk parameters and prepare reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong coordination skills, excellent communication both in English and Bengali, project and partnership management.
∎ Project implementation, products of banks and financial institutions, technological advancement in financial sector.
∎ Growth mindset, highly competent in MS word, excel and power point, high adaptability, team player.
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in the financial sector, with proven track record of managing asset-based portfolio in a reputed MFI/FI/ NBFI.
