Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: To ensure low cost, healthy & hygienic lunch for Brac & Aarong staff.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and manage BRAC Sutripti Staff Canteen and Aarong Sutripti Staff Canteen.
∎ Check all kinds of financial transaction, cash book, bill, voucher, etc.
∎ Procure Sutripti Canteen ingredients and food items.
∎ Arrange monthly meeting with Staff Canteen committee and circulate meeting minutes with decisions.
∎ Supervise cooking and provide logistic support to cooking staff.
∎ Manage financial transaction with Bank.
∎ Ensure proper nutrition in food.
∎ Manage Sutripti lunch token system software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good verbal, written and interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Management skills in hotel/ canteen supervision.
∎ Diet Planning knowledge.
∎ Efficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
∎ Knowledge on Catering and Hygienic Food Management

Salary: Negotiable
