Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance, accounts, Management
∎ CA (CC) or Partly Qualified will get Preferences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation & submission of monthly TAX return (U/s-177) and related documents to TAX authority in timely manner.
∎ Prepare documents for tax appeal, hearing, or assessment purpose as per tax advisor requirement.
∎ Attend hearing before the DCT, Appellate Commissioner & Appellate Tribunal and ADR for finalization of assessment.
∎ Liaision and maintaining all Tax related correspondences with respective regulatory authorities to obtain Tax benefits.
∎ Prepare tax plan to enjoy all benefits, credits, exemptions etc. available under the law.
∎ Monitoring Income TAX related work for the group.
∎ Hearing and negotiation with D.C.T, Appeal commissioner, Tribunal for the group.
∎ Director's personal tax return submission & Hearing.
∎ Prepare proper documentation for return submission and obtain final assessment order and clearance certificate.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Preparation & submission of information regarding payment of salary U/S-108, 108A, withholding tax return u/s 75A, Advance Tax u/s 64.
∎ Preparation & Submission of Salary Information U/S-108 & 108A

∎ Age at least 32 years
