Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil engineering from any University/Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BOQ, Building Construction, Civil Construction, Cost Analysis, Engineering Documentation, Estimating, Layout, Structural Design Drawing, Tender Preparation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare cost analysis.
∎ Record & maintain present market product rate.
∎ Liaison with other procurement agencies.
∎ Prepare the financial part & technical feasibility of the tender work.
∎ Preparing & submitting the tender documents as per tender requirements.
∎ Prepare program as per tender requirement in MS program software.
∎ Prepare the financial part & technical feasibility of the tender work.
∎ Prepare agreed rate when necessary & submit bill accordingly.
∎ Prepare variation quantity when necessary and submit bill accordingly.
∎ Prepare and check bill and quantities of every items of work according to actual.
∎ Prepare the documents for engineering works.
∎ Preparation of National & International civil engineering contract.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc in civil Engineering (minimum 10 years experience) also 7 years experience in Construction projects.
∎ Able to forecast project engineering schedule.
∎ Able to analyzed project engineering schedule.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Proficient in Auto CAD, MS office, MS program & Photoshop.
∎ Will have to face challenging & aggressive attitude.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skill.
∎ Adaptable and able to work in under pressure.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
