Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with key stakeholders to conduct skills assessments and training needs analyses, prioritizing initiatives aligned with business goals, regulatory standards, and buyer requirements.
∎ Analyze and break down complex business challenges to propose targeted and effective learning solutions.
∎ Engage with Factory Management to gather input on specific training needs, including mandatory, technical, domain-specific, and behavioral areas.
∎ Translate identified business and operational needs into structured training plans through close collaboration with senior management.
∎ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design relevant training content and determine appropriate delivery formats and methods.
∎ Develop comprehensive training materials, including modules, PowerPoint presentations, and handouts, to support program delivery.
∎ Plan the roll-out of training programs by setting clear timelines, identifying target audiences, and selecting appropriate locations.
∎ Execute training interventions effectively, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with planned objectives.
∎ Assess the effectiveness of training programs through structured evaluations, feedback collection, and performance tracking.
∎ Prepare and circulate monthly consolidated training reports for review by the reporting authority.
∎ Document key insights by preparing “lessons learned” reports and maintaining a well-organized archive to support future reference and audits.
∎ Provide documentation and assistance during internal, external, social compliance, and technical audits as required.
