Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day operation of Boiler, Chiller, ETP & WTP as per SOP & the standard parameters prescribed by the Environmental Ministry.
∎ Monitoring of Utilities consumption, review of operational parameters and preparation of energy conservation reports on periodic basis as per the requirement.
∎ Analysis of input raw material quality and subsequent output water quality from ETP & WTP.
∎ Implementation of energy & water conservation measures where ever possible.
∎ Plan and supervision of preventive/corrective maintenance works.
∎ Ready to attend break down maintenance in least response time.
∎ Documentation and Reporting of maintenance activities.
∎ Planning & execution of Annual Shut Down maintenance within approved target.
∎ Train and counsel the subordinates and the manpower.
∎ Analysis of Breakdown occurs & eliminates/minimizes causes/effects.
