Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering preferably major in Power.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and manage the overall operation of the powerhouse, utility tunnels, the production and distribution of utilities (steam, chilled water, natural gas, domestic water, electrical systems, all sewer systems), the maintenance of these systems within Infinia Industrial Zone.
∎ Manage the process of the introduction of new Generators, its commissioning and installation properly.
∎ Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all Generators, electrical and power equipment of the spinning Mill.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance of Boilers, Generators, Transformers & all other electrical equipment.
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas, etc.) and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized, and waste through periodic reporting.
∎ Ensure zero downtime through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installation of the plant.
∎ Minimize NPT (Non-Productive Time) at a minimum level.
∎ Enhance optimum efficiency of all electrical & power equipment.
∎ Coordinate with the production sub-vertical to plan for shut-down for maintenance as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Utility & Power Generation field in Spinning industry.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Must have excellent communication, analytical & problem solving skills.
∎ Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
∎ Familiar with operations in a fast moving 24/7 production environment.
