Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Partly qualified CA/ CMA/ ACCA/ CIMA will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and submission of VAT Return.
∎ Preparation and submission of annual Tax return and related documents to Tax authority in a timely manner.
∎ Make monthly, half-yearly, yearly & consolidated financial statements.
∎ Ensure monthly proper TDS & VDS deduction from suppliers' bill, prepare TDS & VDS challans and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance 1984 and Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act 2012.
∎ Document management related to VAT & Tax.
∎ Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT & Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Day to day Accounts operation- bill checking, posting, validation.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Must have good command in English & Bengali (speaking and writing).
∎ A team player and a good communicator and capable to work under pressure.
