Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the vendor relationship management team and oversee the overall operational plan.
∎ Set up SOPs and provide guidance to the team for smooth handling.
∎ Act as a mediator in resolving any conflicts or disputes that arise between the organization and its vendors.
∎ Evaluate vendors based on criteria such as cost, quality, reliability, and compatibility with organizational needs.
∎ Continuously develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the team.
∎ Develop KPIs, monitor, and report on the team.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Other assigned work by the supervisor as and when required.
