∎ * Conduct and coordinate in-process inspections.
∎ * Assist buyer representatives (GPQ) in final random and pre-final inspections at the factory.
∎ * Check and ensure pattern sizes, confirming them for bulk production as per buyer instructions.
∎ * Collaborate with the merchandiser to address fabric and accessory quality issues for final bulk production.
∎ * Communicate with the fabric department regarding fabric quality.
∎ * Assist fabric QA in ensuring online quality control and reporting.
∎ * Inspect and report on all in-house accessories for bulk production, including sewing threads, buttons, care labels, size labels, main labels, and poly bags, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
∎ * Oversee inline checks and reporting in the cutting, sewing, and finishing departments.
∎ * Identify and rectify sewing defects to ensure products meet client requirements in shape and design.
∎ * Check garment fitting against buyer measurement charts and follow the spec sheet meticulously.
∎ * Maintain clear communication with buyer representatives, following their instructions accurately and on time.
∎ * Build and sustain strong relationships with factory management and buyers to ensure smooth operations.
∎ * Monitor and address quality and technical issues, providing prompt solutions.
∎ * Coordinate pre-production (PP) meetings with the team, GPQ, and buyer QC teams until cutting is approved.
∎ * Develop and implement daily QC working plans.
∎ * Oversee in-process and end-line quality control processes, ensuring a focus on the quality of finished goods.
∎ * Minimize discrepancies between pre-final and final inspections.
∎ * Train and develop subordinates to enhance their skills and maintain high-quality standards.
∎ * Maintain full control over all quality control activities across the garment production process.
∎ * Any other assignments assigned by the plant head/Director/Management
