∎ Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard employees, assets, and operations, while collaborating with agencies to address any security concerns.
∎ Promote and ensure adherence to environmental regulations, waste management, and sustainable initiatives.
∎ Manage human resources, equipment, and materials for optimal productivity. Ensure timely procurement of supplies.
∎ Oversee programs for employee welfare, including healthcare, housing, and transportation, and address employee concerns.
