Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support in the development of Masterbrand strategy and capabilities (including digital blueprint, media strategy, social mission)
∎ Lead the development of media thought leadership in terms of brand communication and portfolio management
∎ Lead the crafting of brand purpose and the brand architecture
∎ Yearly brand communication idea based on consumer insight
∎ Be the custodian of brand health tracking and cooperate with the research team for consumer insight-driven brand activities
∎ Lead the issues & opportunity sessions to land in sharp JTBDs for the category teams to devise category activities around that
∎ Develop and lead the market development model for the nascent products/services
∎ Ensure the application of data-driven, insight-led, and digitally savvy strategic advice
∎ Know the way around research, from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective
∎ Partner closely with counterparts in Creative, inspiring fresh, original ideas that are rooted in culture, and in human and business insight
∎ Infuse brand, digital, social, comms, and data expertise into the briefing process to keep the brand at the forefront of culture
∎ Coordinating the activity plan across all categories
∎ Closely monitor category performances and suggest necessary course corrections
∎ Derive actionable insight from syndicated research, i.e., NMS, BHT, etc
∎ Lead discussions around the change in the media landscape and set media strategy for products
∎ Lead the creation of brand and product engagement platforms
