Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize production costs.
∎ Analyze cost data to identify areas of cost savings and efficiency improvements.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports, forecasts, budgets and budge variance.
∎ Budgetary control through pre-costing analysis.
∎ Collaborate with the production, finance, procurement, MIS and Supply Chain teams to manage cost structures.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
∎ Perform variance analysis to compare budgeted costs to actual costs and identify discrepancies.
∎ Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new process improvements.
∎ Assist in financial audits and cost control processes.·         Identification of process losses, wastage, and defects, providing appropriate reasons.
∎ Calculation of factory-wise CPM and production efficiency reports.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to management on cost-related issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
