Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work Station: Square Apparels Limited, factory, Mamarishpur, Mallikbari, Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
∎ Analyze and establish KPI along with necessary improvement and correction.
∎ Supervise IE team and ensure the achievement of daily target.
∎ Establish and execute standardize SMV in different sections of production department.
∎ Implement all the tools and techniques of IE, along with the implementation of new technologies and techniques to improve productivity and efficiency.
∎ Direct and control the improvement of production process.
∎ Monitor and ensure cost reduction by minimizing all types of wastages and also ensure resource optimization.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management.
