∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and other relevant software
∎ Knowledge of web and TV applications (e.g., Flash, Dreamweaver) is an added advantage
∎ Strong visual storytelling ability with an innovative approach to design
∎ Self-driven, creative mindset with a continuous learning orientation
∎ Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms
∎ Ideate, design, and implement innovative brand assets to elevate bKash’s image
∎ Drive visual storytelling and creative direction for brand-building initiatives
∎ Continuously refine design elements based on user feedback and analytics
∎ Ensure alignment with industry trends and best practices in digital design and branding
∎ Design and develop creative assets for new product and service launches
∎ Oversee the adaptation of master brand elements into various promotional activities
∎ Lead the production of brand assets including image shoots, illustrations, and dynamic content
∎ Develop a structured brand vault to organize and manage creative assets efficiently
∎ Ensure high-quality execution of all Below-the-Line (BTL) and Trade POSM creative materials
∎ App & Website UX UI Development & Progress Design
∎ Oversee bStudio talent management and ensure creative excellence in all outputs
