∎ Age at least 33 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide day-to-day administration and general services to all the departments relating to logistics, office administration, housekeeping, transport, office maintenance, and utilities.
∎ To make planning, coordinating, and implementing administrative policies, procedures, regulations, rules, and norms to ensure that the organization's environment is safe for employers, employees, visitors, and business operations.
∎ Supervise the activities of the Administration Staffs, and Look after the performance of Common Service Staffs like Office Assistant, Peon, and Cleaners etc.
∎ Effective liaison with the local law enforcement agency for conducts administrative operations.
∎ Daily basis monitoring all Drivers activities.
∎ Proper monitoring of all office Cars, including maintenance and fuel purchase.
∎ Driver attendance, overtime sheet preparation, food allowance sheet preparation.
∎ Fuel expense control & Bill checking. Vehicle fuel register maintaining.
∎ Monitoring the bills of electric/water/gas, Generator & Lift Maintenance & Servicing.
∎ Look after all repair and maintenance of office equipment’s.
