Monitor the execution plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion. Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution. Must have effective communication skill in both Russian & English Languages. Command over MS Office is a Must. Working on Russian standards and specifications including Technical Translations is a mandatory requirement. Must be from design and engineering background.Degree Engineers with 8 years / Diploma Engineer with 12 year in industrial Construction in tall structures like Natural Draft Cooling Tower, Chimney etc.
