∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
∎ Oracle Corporation offered training or certification preferred.
∎ Professional certification in SCM is a plus point.
∎ MBA from a reputed university will be a plus point.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience supporting Oracle EBS Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, preferably in the garments, textile, or fashion manufacturing industry.
∎ Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules: Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing (WIP, BOM), and eAM.
∎ Proven ability to manage Oracle EBS integrations with WMS, TMS, EDI, and third-party systems.
∎ Solid understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes specific to garment production, including order fulfillment, material planning, and shop floor operations.
∎ Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and system configuration.
∎ Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
∎ Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
∎ Knowledge of compliance standards and quality frameworks relevant to garments manufacturing is a plus.
∎ Oracle certifications in SCM or Manufacturing modules are advantageous.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the support team responsible for Oracle EBS Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests related to Merchandising, Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing (WIP, BOM), and eAM.
∎ Oversee system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements tailored to garments manufacturing processes including order-to-cash, production scheduling, inventory control, and supplier management.
∎ Collaborate closely with business users from production, planning, procurement, and sales to understand specific garment industry requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
∎ Manage and optimize Oracle EBS integrations with external systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), EDI platforms, and third-party logistics providers.
∎ Ensure data integrity, compliance with industry standards, and audit readiness across all Oracle EBS modules.
∎ Drive continuous process improvements to enhance supply chain visibility, reduce lead times, and improve manufacturing efficiency within the Oracle EBS environment.
∎ Coordinate and support system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployment activities.
∎ Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge base to empower end-users and support teams.
∎ Monitor system performance proactively, identifying risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime and disruptions.
∎ Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to support analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
∎ Liaise with Oracle Support and external vendors for critical issue resolution and system enhancements.
∎ Support compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards relevant to the garments manufacturing sector.
