Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be a Graduate Engineer in Civil engineering from any reputed universities
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Concrete Block, Concrete products, Ready Mix Concrete
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & Monitoring the overall Operational work of Ready Mix Concrete business
∎ Forecast the market demand & planning for the Raw Materials.
∎ R & D of the mix design of Ready Mix Concrete considering the quality of raw materials, perform concrete test and implement & monitoring the quality.
∎ Planning for production, delivery and pumping of concrete.
∎ Planning for proper use of equipment in between different plant.
∎ Monitoring the maintenance of equipment & vehicle.
∎ Work for product costing and cost saving by execute the planning.
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety & security.
∎ Work for development & ready to do any work instructed by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have proven experience in RMC, Concrete Block
∎ PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
∎ Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
∎ Highly organized
∎ Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
∎ Good Knowledge of MS Office Suite
∎ Previous work experience in construction management or another similar role
∎ Understanding of construction management processes
∎ Able to plan ahead
∎ Familiar with construction and project management software programs
∎ Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources
∎ Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
∎ Excellent time management ability
∎ Able to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties
∎ Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
Salary: Negotiable
