Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Planning and Construction Management
∎ Apply Fast Construction Methods for timely project delivery
∎ Review BOQ and provide milestone schedules, sequencing, and quality assurance in MS Project based on Critical Path Method (CPM)
∎ Prepare monthly work plans and achievement reports; monitor daily progress
∎ Implement construction codes, safety procedures, and personnel management
∎ Coordinate with consultants and other internal departments
∎ Verify contractor bills as per BOQ and prepare material sheets (local and imported)
