Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on Cutting.
∎ The Manager- Cutting is Mid-level position and will be held responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s overall cutting function.
∎ Job Location – Job location will be Head Office and Factory Office- Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Marker planning, calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabric.
∎ Maintain and record cutting fabric consumption.
∎ Can handle to input 1000 machinery
∎ Can maintain quality standard
∎ Fabric reconciliation for cutting department.
∎ Communicate with production manager and discussion about cut plan.
∎ Need to collect fabric inspection/ shade band & shrinkage report and monitoring.
∎ Shade & shrinkage wise fabric stack & relax 24-hour b/4 cutting.
∎ Shrinkage group wise pattern collection from technical department.
∎ Style wise cutting quality monitoring.
∎ Lay, cutting report & shading chart register check.
∎ Spreading & lay chart control.
∎ Marker check with pattern grain line & ratio.
∎ Cut panel check & report with roll number.
∎ Part inspection from top to bottom.
∎ Ensure cutting quality inspection after number & bundle.
∎ Monitor cutting parts input rack identification check list.
∎ Prepare fusing attach & bond strength test report as par data sheet.
∎ Ensure all hard patterns check & keep record
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 Years of experience in a large reputed garments factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Cutting)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
