∎ Commitment, attitude and ability to work as a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.
∎ Computer knowledge in Email, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, internet browsing.
∎ At least 5 year(s) working experience in same position.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have work experience as IE manager / In charge of Industrial engineering and ensure all the production Management System also consistently to meet requirement.
∎ Specialize in overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of quality in production processes.
∎ More focused under cost factor, managing budget O.T, and operational overhead cost. Monitoring factory Pilot process to achieve quick change over and enhance 1st day efficiency by eliminating production ladders efficiency improvement with optimum line balancing.
∎ Managed overall production operations, conducting daily production meetings to identify critical production issues, taking action to correct or avoid problems, advising and guiding the team on all related aspects and coordinating with the other teams to ensure that daily production targets are achieved.
∎ Setting overall IE Function of the Factory with Monitoring All the Style SMV and Targets from Developments samples to the production samples. Monitoring all upcoming styles and doing line allocation plan, styles bulletins, layout, prepare machine requirements & monitoring critical operations operators training programs accordingly the production plan.
∎ Manning Budgeting / Forecasting from fabric warehouse stage to finished goods shipment stage.
∎ Continuous upgradation SMV DATA BANK for best operation /process to enhance business productivity.
∎ Follow Up & Monitoring TNA Swatch cut to finished goods.
∎ Coordinate production workflow & all supportive activities to achieve the business goal.
∎ Weekly production performance review production staff, IE, Technical & mechanic.
∎ Co-ordinate with others section/department HOD’s to achieve management tasks/goal for sustainable business.
∎ Operator skill level monthly basis and corrective action to train potential worker for upcoming business requirements.
∎ Track and monitor factory operation & bottleneck point and taking initiative to solve it for smooth production flow.
∎ Recommends the best methods of space, manpower, material, and equipment utilization in production facilities.
∎ Train the supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening.
∎ Analyze, control, and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures, and practices.
∎ Any others job assigned by management.
