Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Manager/Sr. Manager- Planning" for a reputed woven garments Manufacturing Organization. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
∎ Develop and implement production plans and setting up schedules based on sales forecasts, operational capacity, and inventory requirements.
∎ Monitor production capacities and capabilities to optimize resource allocation and ensure production targets are met.
∎ Coordinate with inventory management teams for smooth operation.
∎ Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the production process.
∎ Supervise and mentor planning team members, ensuring they are adequately trained and motivated to perform their roles effectively.
∎ Continuously analyze production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and sales to coordinate activities and achieve overall business objectives.
∎ Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as production output, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
