∎ Bachelor’s degree in Paper Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field will Preferred.
∎ Minimum 5-7 years in production management within a paper/tissue manufacturing factory.
∎ Strong knowledge of paper-making processes, tissue converting, and machinery (e.g., paper machines, rewinders, embossing machines).
∎ Familiarity with ISO, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
∎ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, ERP).
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

∎ Oversee and manage the entire production process of paper & tissue manufacturing to ensure efficiency and quality.
∎ Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet targets.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
∎ Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve cost-effectiveness.
∎ Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
∎ Train and supervise production staff to enhance productivity and adherence to SOPs.
∎ Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
∎ Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
∎ Ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
