Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context: Candidates must have experience in Cost Management and Internal Audit within the FMCG industry, specifically in Detergent & Toiletries-based Industries. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement cost control strategies to improve production efficiency.
∎ Monitor production costs, analyze variances, and recommend cost-saving measures.
∎ Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize factory operations.
∎ Supervise internal audits to ensure compliance with financial and production standards.
∎ Review financial records to ensure accuracy in cost reporting and regulatory compliance.
∎ Identify opportunities to reduce production costs without compromising quality.
∎ Prepare audit reports, financial documentation, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
∎ Work with procurement and supply chain teams for cost-effective sourcing of raw materials.
∎ Ensure compliance with company financial policies and factory operational guidelines.
∎ Train and mentor junior finance staff in cost control and factory financial management.
