Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. in Chemistry
Job Context:
∎ Meets daily production target as per schedule given by the immediate superior.
∎ Ensures GMP guidelines in every stage of manufacturing
∎ Ensures all manufacturing activities are performed according to the approved written procedure & all data generated during production are fully documented & recorded in specific formats & logbooks.
∎ Ensures all the written SOPs, BMRs, BPRs etc. are strictly followed.
∎ Judges potential problems before they happen & make a proposal to minimize future risks in manufacturing process
∎ Must have a good leadership skill to lead & motivate the team
∎ Additional duties as assigned by the superior.
∎ Communicating effectively with staff and internal customers.
∎ Implement and executive the production plan to achieve the target set by Superior
∎ Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure smooth running of the production.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production plan and execute the production as per plan for the month.
∎ Monitor smooth manufacturing environment to ensure company's quality objectives are met.
∎ Productivity & Yield Improvement by decreasing changeover time and cycle time.
∎ Manage the shift operation. It include –
∎ A) Arrangement of Raw material, packing material production consumables
∎ Required on floor.
∎ B) Responsible for quality of product. Pkg. the batches as per BPR & keep
∎ Record in BPR.
∎ C) Responsible for shift production output & productivity. Track Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).Keep record of Machine Output and Shift LOG BOOK.
∎ D) Responsible for good Mfg. & Pkg. Practice on floor. Maintain proper
∎ Cleanliness on Production floor.
∎ E) Manage & allocate the manpower as per requirement.
∎ Maintain workers Daily attendance & overtime.
∎ Maintain all production Records such as –Product wise production & yield record/Wastage Analysis/ Manpower allocation/Production Breakdown/ Off Line Works/Rework record/Hourly Record/Preventive maintenance
∎ Maintain daily Shift Log book.
∎ 5s and housekeeping and liable for improper housekeeping in Production area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable

∎ The incumbent shall be entitled for Festive Bonus, Gratuity and others benefits as per service rule of Emami Bangladesh Ltd.
