∎ At least 3-5 years of experience in market linkage, enterprise development, or value chain integration, preferably in the development sector.
∎ Strong understanding of market systems and value chain development for off-farm products.
∎ Experience in working with private sector actors, producer groups, and financial institutions.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
∎ Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
∎ Skill of photography
∎ Must have professional writing and speaking capacity in English and Bangla, i.e. monitoring report, field visit report, event report, case study/story, press release, content writing, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contract Duration: Initially for 9 months (1st April 2025 to 31 December 2025).
∎ PROTTYASHI, a social development organization has been working for the development of disadvantaged population of the country since its establishment with an aim to ensure everyone to live with dignity and prosperity. PROTTYASHI reaches the community with basic needs and supports to save lives and facilitate all the people of the community to live with equal value and priority. PROTTYASHI works for the disadvantaged portion of the population in community addressing their pressing needs following the strategies contextually viable and environmentally sustainable. PROTTYASHI has been actively supporting the refugee population in the humanitarian response in Cox’s Bazar as one of the first responders since August 2017. PROTTYASHI has been vigilantly supporting these crises affected population to accomplish its promised commitment towards humanity and people in distress.
∎ To ensure improved food security for the refugee population helping them to meet nutritional requirement in an environmentally sustainable manner, PROTTYASHI is going to implement “Promotion of Market Linkage” Activity of WFP Cox’s Bazar Resilience Programme with the technical support of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation in selected host communities of Ukhiya and Teknaf upazilas. PROTTYASHI invites applications for the vacant position titled- Market Linkage Supervisor (Off-farm) for the Project and encourages the persons enthusiastic to contribute to the increased resilience of the humanitarian crisis affected host community people in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Market Linkage Supervisor (Off-farm) will report to Market Linkage Officer (Off-farm). S/He has to maintain functional relationship with his/her peers, project teams and organization’s other priority teams. S/He must be able to communicate with other teams and units both program and operational of the organization.
∎ Organize and conduct day-long Market Linkage Workshops (Off-Farm).
∎ Facilitate Market Linkage Workshops (Off-Farm) at the district level.
∎ Participate in different product fairs (Off-Farm) at Upazila and district levels.
∎ Organize boot camps/promotional campaigns for off-farm products.
∎ Conduct bi-monthly meetings with Off-Farm producer groups.
∎ Facilitate quarterly coordination meetings with off-farm project staff.
∎ Responsible for organizing different events/workshops/training/visits/fair/match making events etc. under off-farm activities.
∎ Support donor visits and organize buyer visits at EFSN Shops and SME production centers.
∎ Any other activities as assigned
∎ Maintain close communication with entrepreneurs and other CPs of WFP resilience program all over the Cox’s Bazar
∎ Assist Market Linkage Officer (off-farm) on different report generations and documents development

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary and benefits: Monthly Gross Salary will be 34,991 BDT with contributory provident fund 1,676 BDT, monthly bonus 3,333 BDT and regular traveling and communication bill.
