Education:
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ Food Connoisseur or Culinary Enthusiast is essential
∎ Proven management skills with experience in managing teams and multi-channel campaigns.
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, and brand management.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple business priorities.
∎ Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on analytics and ROI-driven marketing.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communication strategy aligning with the business goals of Retail, HORECA, and Institute.
∎ Explore and build cost effective Creative Media Channels.
∎ Ensure cohesive messaging and Brand activation across all platforms, including Digital , ATL, BTL, and Trade Marketing.
∎ Maintain brand consistency and oversee creative direction across all marketing Communication activities.
∎ Collaborate with business heads to translate business needs into breakthrough communication initiatives.
∎ Lead and Coach the Channel Communication Managers across the three business verticals to deliver effective channel specific communication goals.
∎ Act as the key liaison between marketing and business teams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
∎ Guide, mentor, and develop marketing personnel, fostering a high-performance culture.
∎ Assist Channel specific Communication Managers to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
∎ Oversee content creation, advertising, and digital marketing efforts to maximize customer engagement and sales.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
∎ Strengthen Bengal Meat’s brand positioning through PR, media relations, and corporate storytelling.
∎ Ensure all internal and external communications align with the company’s vision and tone.
∎ Develop crisis communication strategies and manage brand reputation effectively.
∎ Develop and monitor communication budgets for Retail, HORECA, and Institute business units.
∎ Track and analyze marketing communication performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in marketing communication expenditures.
∎ Utilize data analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
∎ Leverage customer and market data to refine targeting, segmentation, and content strategies.
∎ Manage relationships and develop business appreciation of external marketing agencies to ensure quality deliverables and alignment with business objectives.
∎ Oversee agency performance, negotiate contracts, and drive efficiency in outsourced marketing communication activities.
