Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive freelancer sign-ups and increase employer engagement.
∎ Build strong digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, etc.).
∎ Establish strategic partnerships and networks to promote Onlinestaff.net in Bangladesh.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
∎ Lead advertising efforts, PR campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize marketing efforts based on data insights.
∎ Work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure effective user onboarding and retention strategies.
∎ Female candidates are preferred for this role.
∎ Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, growth hacking, or business development.
∎ Strong networking skills with connections in the freelancer community, businesses, and industry influencers.
∎ Expertise in social media marketing, paid advertising, and conversion optimization.
∎ Knowledge of freelancing platforms, gig economy trends, and user acquisition strategies.
∎ Ability to lead and execute creative marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
