Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA (preferably Major in Marketing)
∎ Or B.Sc. Engineering followed by MBA degree
∎ Or M.Sc. in any basic science subject followed by MBA degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The candidate must have sound knowledge and skills in the field of certification and training.
∎ Expected work distribution: Business Development: 70%; Training and Auditing: 20%; Administrative: 10%.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quickly learn and understand the intricacies of workflows and application of management system certification and training on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 17025 standards
∎ Conduct market survey, prepare marketing strategy; competitor analysis; and innovative idea of promoting the product and services
∎ Plan marketing and branding objectives
∎ Promote certification and training services through electronic media, social media, field visits or any other suitable methods
∎ Arrange training courses including sales and logistics management
∎ Meeting regular sales targets
∎ Perform activities related to payment recovery
∎ Prepare monthly report.
∎ Conduct audit and training as and when necessary
∎ Support the internal quality functions as needed, (e.g. internal audits);
∎ Drive needed action in response to customer feedback, audit findings, and other opportunities or issues that arise.
∎ Provide support in any technical, administrative and logistic activities as assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Top Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1 to 2 year(s) in any certification body
∎ Must have formal training on any ISO standard
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Certification body, Inspection body, Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance, Training Institutes
∎ Completion of Lead Auditor/Assessor course on any ISO standard will get preference
∎ Must be well conversant with digital and tele-marketing.
∎ Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and smart
∎ Good verbal & written communication in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator/photoshop, Internet, social media & email and good typing speed
∎ Ability to work under stress & extensive travelling as & when required
