Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team and hospital management to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hospital's objectives and target audience.
∎ Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
∎ Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to drive patient engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry.
∎ Coordinate hospital events, workshops, seminars, and health fairs to engage the community and promote hospital services.
∎ Work closely with physicians, clinicians, administrative staff, and external vendors to implement marketing initiatives effectively.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
∎ Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and other healthcare industry standards.
∎ Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve desired outcomes within budget constraints.
∎ Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, referring physicians, community organizations, and media outlets.
