∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in tech or related industries.
∎ Proven experience working on marketing campaigns for both local (Bangladesh) and international markets.
∎ Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
∎ Strong skills in content creation and social media management (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X).
∎ Knowledge of market research and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems and adapt to fast-paced environments.
∎ Team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns targeting local and international markets.
∎ Promote W3 Engineers Ltd.’s services through digital, social media, and traditional channels.
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends in Bangladesh and global tech markets.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
∎ Manage content creation, including blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
∎ Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
∎ Build relationships with local and international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
∎ Support event planning and execution, such as tech expos, webinars, or workshops.
