Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute annual marketing plans by assessing industry dynamics, target customer segment identification and prioritization, competitor analysis, market forecast, preparing appropriate marketing plans to strengthen brand equity and achieve most effective and efficient sales results from smart deployment of resource.
∎ Develop and execute strategy for lead generation and new customer acquisition.
∎ Develop and execute on-line marketing strategy through effective analytics for targeting customs, leading the development of effective digital marketing contents and appropriate digital media strategy for boosting brand awareness, equity and sales.
∎ Develop convincing brand value proposition, effective sales pitch and appropriate sales tools and techniques to equip the sales team to hit sales targets.
∎ Train, mentor, coach, motivate and lead the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
∎ Develop internal processes for effective and efficient decision-making regarding marketing strategy, sales execution and exceptional customer service.
∎ Create and maintain a wide network of professionals who are potential customers in architecture and construction sectors.
∎ Be aware of what is happening in the industry in order to quickly identify special opportunities and occasions for boosting sales.
∎ Lead the team to consistently and effectively attend to customer quarries with satisfaction and cultivate excellent customer relationship and loyalty.
∎ Conduct market survey on competitor's activities and developing strategies and plans to combat competitive moves.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the management.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, Result Oriented, Can-Do attitude. Ability to work under pressure is necessary.
∎ Fighting spirit to win market share from established competitors.
∎ Great communication & excellent negotiation skills to achieve business-to-business sales.
∎ Candidates must have good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
∎ Must have analytical skills for assessing industry dynamics, identify and prioritize target customer segments, competitor analysis and market forecasting.
∎ Must have the strategic thinking ability to prepare appropriate marketing strategy and plans to strengthen brand equity and achieve most effective and efficient sales results from smart deployment of resource.
∎ Must have required leadership skills to structure, organize, train, mentor, coach, motivate, monitor and conduct the team to produce excellent business results.
∎ Must have a collaborative approach to working with other functions.
∎ Should be knowledgeable about the construction sector - ceramic / auto bricks/ tiles, steel, cement and real estate developers.
∎ Must have computer knowledge and good with MS Office.
