∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Coaching Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of Penston’s partner Universities and Pre-University Programs
∎ Advising & Counseling students on their study options with Penston
∎ Proactively assists potential students by providing information on program offerings and answering questions
∎ Establishes, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships and confidentiality.
∎ Ensure engagement with target audience along social media sites, websites and live sessions.
∎ Track enquires on social media sites and respond to them in proper manner.
∎ Strive to reach Performance Targets through maintaining proactiveness and high level of service.
